数字化背景下建设工程项目管理效能的提升策略研究 被引量:7

摘要 建设工程项目结构复杂、施工周期长、建设风险高、资金投入大,提升建设工程项目管理效能是数字时代项目管理理论与工程管理实践面临的关键问题。基于TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)理论框架,具体分析工程项目建设的实际情况,在数字化背景下构建工程项目管理效能影响因素的TOE框架,并分别从技术、组织和环境三个维度出发,分析各因素对建设工程项目管理效能的影响,对建设工程项目提升管理效能提出相应的政策建议。研究结果可以为建设行业在数字化背景下提升项目管理效能提供有效的切入点,并为相关部门决策和建设行业发展提供重要参考。
