摘要 [研究目的]从智库产品认知质量的角度,探讨智库产品影响力存在差异的原因,有助于智库采取针对性措施以提升产品影响力。[研究方法]通过文献与案例研究方法,探讨智库产品认知质量的形成以及塑造策略、面临的挑战,并分析美国智库案例。[研究结论]受众质量认知状态及产品内外部质量线索相互作用形成智库产品认知质量,具有相对差异性、动态可塑性、有限固化性。智库应基于一体化学习策略,与受众深度交流学习,培育受众质量认知能力,应对欺骗性、迎合性、虚空性、受限性等学习挑战,而完善智库产品质量内外部线索,以提升产品影响力。中国智库应重视产品认知质量管理,评价受众的质量认知反应,加强解释与引导,优化产品外部形象与评价线索。 [Research purpose]From the perspective of the cognitive quality of the products,this paper discusses the reasons for the differences in the product influence of think tanks,which will help think tanks to take targeted measures to enhance the product influence.[Research method]Through the methods of literature and case study,it explores the formation and shaping strategy of the product cognitive quality of think tanks,as well as the challenges faced,and analyzes the case of American think tanks.[Research conclusion]The interaction between the audience's quality cognition status and the internal and external quality clues of the products forms the cognitive quality of the products of think tanks,which has a nature of relative difference,dynamic plasticity,and limited solidification.Based on the integrated learning strategy,think tanks should make in-depth communication and learning with the audience,cultivate the audiences'quality cognition capabilities,cope with the deceptive,catering,empty and restricted learning challenges,in order to improve the internal and external quality clues of think tanks'products to enhance the product influence.Chinese think tanks should attach importance to the management of the cognitive quality of the products,evaluate the audience's response of the quality cognition,strengthen explanation and guidance,optimize both the external image and the evaluation clues of the products.
