摘要
农业现代化对于转变农业农村生产方式,提升农村经济发展具有重要意义。从甘肃省现代农业发展的实际情况出发,构建了农业现代化评价指标体系。文章所构建的指标体系包含了4个一级指标,12个二级指标。基于甘肃省2019年14个市(州)的统计数据,采用因子分析法对甘肃省农业现代化发展水平进行评价研究。研究发现,甘肃农业现代化发展进程相对缓慢,农业现代化发展水平呈由河西地区向中东部地区逐步下降的趋势,地区间差异明显;目前甘肃省农业现代化水平主要取决于农业生产环节中的投入和产出状况。基于此,提出以国家政策为指引,发展特色农业,保护农业生态环境,加大财政支农力度等相关政策建议。
Agricultural modernization is of great significance to the transformation of agricultural and rural modes of production and the promotion of rural economic development.Based on the actual situation of modern agriculture development in Gansu Province,the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization was constructed.The index system constructed in this paper includes 4 first-level indexes and 12 second-level indexes.Based on the statistical data of 14 cities(prefectures)in Gansu Province in 2019,factor analysis was used to evaluate the development level of agricultural modernization in Gansu Province.The results show that the development of agricultural modernization in Gansu is relatively slow,and the development level of agricultural modernization is gradually decreasing from Hexi region to the central and eastern region,and the differences between regions are obvious.At present,the level of agricultural modernization in Gansu Province mainly depends on the input and output of agricultural production.Based on this,the paper puts forward to develop characteristic agriculture under the guidance of national policy.Protecting the agro-ecological environment,and other relevant policy recommendations to increase financial support for agriculture.
