摘要
在工业领域中,设备使用的环境中存在着不同种类的噪声。传统的称重系统采用固定的滤波方案,无法保证在不同的使用环境中都达到良好的使用效果。设计了一个具有多种滤波方案的称重系统,通过递推平均滤波、一阶滤波、消抖滤波三种滤波方式相结合的方法,保证系统能够在不同的工业环境中都保持理想的测量精度。
In the industrial field,there are different kinds of noise in the environment where the equipment is used.Traditional weighing systems with fixed filtering techniques cannot guarantee ideal precision in different usage environments.In this paper,a weighing system with multiple filtering techniques is designed to ensure the ideal precision in different industrial environments by combining three filtering methods: recursive average filtering,first-order filtering,and dither filtering.
