摘要
目的:探索大学生知识共享现状及大学生人际信任、班级氛围和知识共享的关系。方法:通过随意抽样法选取6所高校的1095名大学生,利用自编的大学生知识共享、人际信任和班级氛围量表对其人际信任、班级氛围和知识共享现状进行调查。结果:大学生知识共享意愿和行为得分分别为(4.10±0.63)分和(3.77±0.68)分,人际信任、班级氛围、知识共享意愿和行为均呈正相关关系,知识共享意愿在人际信任和知识共享行为之间起中介作用,班级氛围在人际信任和知识共享意愿之间起调节作用。结论:大学生知识共享意愿偏强,共享行为水平中等偏上。学校可通过提高大学生人际信任和班级氛围水平促进大学生知识共享。
Objective To study the current situation of knowledge sharing and the relationship of interpersonal trust and class atmosphere with knowledge sharing in university students.Methods The interpersonal trust,class atmosphere and knowledge sharing in 1095 students randomly selected from 6 universities were investigated using the interpersonal trust,class atmosphere and knowledge sharing scale developed by the students.Results The mean score of knowledge sharing desire and behavior in university students was 4.10±0.63 and 3.77±0.68 respectively.The interpersonal trust,class atmosphere and knowledge sharing desire were positively related.The knowledge sharing desire played an intermediary role between interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing desire while class atmosphere played a regulatory role between interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing desire.Conclusion The knowledge sharing desire is relatively strong and the knowledge sharing behavior is moderately strong-highly strong.Universities can promote the knowledge sharing in students by improving their interpersonal trust and class atmosphere.
