摘要
目的:从医生视角出发,了解医院多学科团队(MDTs)发展现状。方法:以MDTs成员为受访对象,采用匿名访谈和问题回答的形式开展调查。结果:两家样本医院的MDTs运行良好,不同职称成员对参加MDTs的期望不同;MDTs可能会造成过度诊疗、增加患者的诊疗成本,存在法律主体责任不清晰的情况。结论:加强MDTs信息共享系统建设,重视MDTs成员之间的沟通与配合,建立MDTs决策的法律责任人制度和绩效考核评价指标体系,构建有效的MDTs激励机制,使MDTs诊疗模式以更低的成本实现更好的疗效。
Objective From the perspective of members of multidisciplinary teams(MDTs),this study aims to understand the development status of hospital MDTs.Methods Anonymous interviews were adopted,and MDTs members were selected as participants.Results The MDTs of the two sample hospitals worked well,and members with different professional titles had different expectations for participating in MDTs.Partici-pants thought that MDTs may lead to excessive diagnosis and treatment,increase the costs,and may confront unclear responsibility of the legal subject.Conclusion In order to achieve cost-effective MDTs model,it is recommended to strengthen the construction of MDTs information shar-ing system,attach importance to the communication and cooperation among MDTs members,establish a legal responsibility system for MDTs de-cision-making and a performance evaluation index system,and build an effective MDTs incentive mechanism.
