摘要 SCR脱硝系统是燃煤机组的主要污染物脱除子系统之一,提高其性能是有效减少燃煤电站NOX排放量,满足国家节能减排要求的必要措施。针对某600MW机组存在脱硝效率低、磨损严重等问题,本文建立了SCR脱硝系统数值计算模型,从烟气流场优化方面展开研究,提出两种设计方案,对比择优。 SCR denitrification system is one of the main pollutant removal subsystems of coal-fired units.Improving its performance is a necessary measure to effectively reduce NOX emissions from coal-fired power stations and meet the national energy conservation and emission reduction requirements.In view of the low denitrification efficiency and serious wear problems of a 600MW unit,this paper established a numerical calculation model of SCR denitrification system,studied the optimization of the smoke flow field,proposed two design schemes,and compared the best.
