间作生姜对烤烟产质量、土壤细菌数量及理化性质的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Intercropping with Ginger on Yield and Quality of Flue-Cured Tobacco and Quantity of Soil Bacteria and Physicochemical Properties

摘要 本试验以烤烟K326和小黄姜为材料,设置烤烟单作(CK)和烤烟与生姜1∶2间作(B1)、1∶3间作(B2)、1∶4间作(B3)共4个处理,研究其对烤烟产质量、植烟土壤养分和土壤微生物的影响。结果表明,相比烤烟单作,烤烟间作生姜可显著促进烤烟生长,显著改善烟叶冠层形态;减少烟草病害尤其是赤星病害的发生,B1、B2、B3处理病情指数分别减少60.0%、17.6%和13.3%;上部叶、中部叶中性致香物质总量显著提高,且烟叶化学成分更加协调;提高根际土与非根际土肥力和土壤微生物多样性,且土壤中细菌群落OTUs数和α多样性显著优于烤烟单作。处理B2(烤烟/生姜1∶3间作)烤烟产质量和经济效益(比单作提高13.7%)最好,为最佳处理。 In this experiment,flue-cured tobacco variety K326 and ginger were used as materials,and four treatments were set as flue-cured tobacco monoculture(CK),intercropping of flue-cured tobacco and ginger at 1∶2(B1),1∶3(B2)and 1∶4(B3).The yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and the nutients and microorganism in tobacco soil were determined.The results showed that compared with CK,intercropping with ginger could significantly promote the growth and significantly improve the canopy morphology of flue-cured tobacco;reduce the occurrence of tobacco diseases,especially red star diseases,and the disease grade indexes of the three treatments decreased by 60.0%,17.6%and 13.3%,respectively;the total amount of neutral aroma substances in upper and middle leaves increased significantly,and the chemical components of tobacco leaves were more coordinated;the fertility and soil microbial diversity in rhizosphere soil and non rhizosphere soil increased,and the number of OTUs andαdiversity were significantly better than those of CK.Treatment B2 had the best effect on improving yield,quality and economic benefit(13.7%higher)of flue-cured tobacco.
