基于关联规则挖掘的机场道面病害恶化规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了确保机场道面状态满足飞机使用要求,常用的维护管理制度是机场道面检查与维修机制。该机制运转时产生了大量数据,但在实际工作中,却缺少对这些数据进行挖掘分析的方法。基于关联规则挖掘方法,建立了道面病害恶化规律挖掘模型,定义了恶化率t来表征病害恶化的机率,并将模型与机场道面检查、维修机制耦合,得到了优化后的机制。以机场收集的202个板块的病害数据为例,经过规律挖掘得到的知识包括:该机场道面病害恶化的3个阶段,以及灌缝料损坏有15.25%的机率恶化为边角剥落,表面剥落有40%的机率恶化为表面裂缝,板间错台有25%的机率恶化为板块断裂,并通过优化效果的预评估,认为优化机制在少量增加工作量、单次投入成本的基础上,可提高维护管理的水平与机制运转的效率。 In order to ensure that the airport pavement condition meets the requirements for aircraft use,the commonly used facility management system is the airport pavement inspection and maintenance mechanism.A large amount of data is generated when the mechanism operates,but in actual work,there is a lack of methods for mining and analyzing these data.Based on the association rule mining method,a mining model of road surface deterioration has been established,the deterioration rate t was defined to characterize the probability of disease deterioration,and the model was coupled with the airport pavement inspection and maintenance mechanism to obtain an optimized mechanism.Taking the disease data of 202 plates collected at Airport A as an example,the knowledge obtained through regular mining includes the three stages of the deterioration of the road surface disease at the airport,and there is a 15.25%chance that the grouting material will be damaged as corner peeling,a 40%probability that the surface peeling will be deteriorated as a surface crack,and a 25%chance that the plate will be deteriorated as a plate fracture.What is more,through the pre-evaluation of the optimization effect,it is believed that the optimization mechanism can improve the level of maintenance management and the efficiency of the mechanism operation based on a small increase in workload and single investment cost.
