摘要 目的研究微小RNA-18a(miR-18a)、微小RNA-223(miR-223)、微小RNA-378(miR-378)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月在德州市妇幼保健院病理科保存的50例女性宫颈癌组织标本、50例癌旁组织标本和50例卵巢囊肿组织标本作为研究对象。采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)测定miR-18a、miR-223、miR-378相对表达量。结果宫颈癌组织miR-18a、miR-223、miR-378表达高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌旁组织miR-18a、miR-223、miR-378表达低于卵巢囊肿组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床分期程度越重,分化程度越低,其miR-18a、miR-223、miR-378表达越高(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移患者miR-18a、miR-223、miR-378表达高于无淋巴结转移(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征曲线分析miR-18a、miR-223、miR-378及三项联合诊断宫颈癌的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.621、0.761、0.786、0.846。结论 miR-18a、miR-223、miR-378在宫颈癌组织中高表达,高表达miR-18a、miR-223、miR-378对于诊断宫颈癌具有一定临床意义。 Objective The expression and correlation of miR-18 a, miR-223 and miR-378 in cervical cancer tissues. Methods 50 cervical cancer tissue specimens, 50 paracancer tissue specimens and 50 ovarian cyst tissue specimens were collected from January 2020 to January 2021 in the Department of Pathology of Dezhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. The relative expression levels of miR-18 a, miR-223 and miR-378 were determined by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results The expression of miR-18 a, miR-223 and miR-378 was higher than in adjacent cancer tissues(P<0.05).The expression of miR-18 a, miR-223 and miR-378 was lower than that of ovarian cyst tissue(P<0.05). The heavier of clinical stage, the lower of differentiation, the higher of miR-18 a, miR-223, miR-378(P<0.05), with lymph node metastasis miR-18 a, miR-223, miR-378 is higher than with no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The area under receiver operator characteristic curve AUC of miR-18 a, miR-223 and miR-378 and three combinations in the diagnosis of cervical cancer were 0.621, 0.761, 0.786 and 0.846, respectively. Conclusions High expression of miR-18 a, miR-223 and miR-378 in cervical cancer tissues have some significance for the diagnosis of cervical cancer disease.
