湿性换药联合红外线理疗对会阴侧切口的临床效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究女性在接受会阴侧切术后,使用湿性换药联合红外线理疗的效果。方法113例行会阴侧切的产妇,根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组(59例)与对照组(54例)。对照组仅进行简单基础的措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用湿性换药联合红外线理疗治疗。比较两组术后疼痛程度、切口愈合等级及愈合时间。结果观察组轻度疼痛占比86.44%高于对照组的35.19%,中度疼痛占比11.86%、重度疼痛占比1.69%低于对照组的51.85%、12.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口愈合时间(4.97±0.64)d短于对照组的(7.63±1.16)d,甲级愈合占比94.92%高于对照组的53.70%,乙级愈合占比5.08%低于对照组的40.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组丙级愈合占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论湿性换药联合红外线理疗能够减轻行会阴侧切产妇的疼痛程度,提高切口愈合程度,建议在会阴侧切术后的恢复中广泛使用。 Objective To investigate the effects of wet dressing change combined with infrared physiotherapy on perineal incision.Methods A total of 113 parturients with perineal incision were divided into observation group(59 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with normal saline,and the observation group was treated with wet dressing change and infrared physiotherapy on the basis of the control group.The postoperative pain degree,incision healing grade and healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of mild pain 86.44% in the observation group was higher than 35.19% in the control group,and the proportion of moderate pain 11.86%and proportion of severe pain 1.69% were lower than 51.85% and 12.96% of the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing time(4.97±0.64)d of the observation group was shorter than(7.63±1.16)d of the control group;the proportion of grade A healing 94.92% of the observation group was higher than 53.70% of the control group;the proportion of grade B healing 5.08% of the observation group was lower than 40.74% of the control group;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of grade C healing between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wet dressing change in combination with infrared physiotherapy can relieve the pain degree of patients with perineal incision,improve incision healing grade,and is recommended to be widely used in the recovery after perineal incision.
