摘要
目的评价激光治疗牙周病的效果。方法120例牙周病患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组60例。对照组采用对症药物联合根管术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合激光治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、疼痛情况、牙周探诊深度及临床附着水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的75.00%,疼痛发生率6.67%低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组牙周探诊深度(4.20±0.20)mm、临床附着水平(0.55±0.10)mm低于对照组的(5.72±0.50)、(1.22±0.20)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统根管、药物治疗手段比较,激光治疗牙周病效果显著,患者术后疼痛轻微,能够促进患者牙周探诊深度、临床附着水平改善。
Objective To evaluate the effect of laser treatment on periodontal disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with periodontal disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic drugs in combination with root canal therapy,and the observation group was combined with laser treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,pain,periodontal probing depth and clinical attachment level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.00% in the observation group was higher than 75.00% in the control group,and the pain rate 6.67% was lower than 40.00% in the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal probing depth(4.20±0.20)mm and the clinical attachment level(0.55±0.10)mm in the observation group were lower than(5.72±0.50)and(1.22±0.20)mm in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional root canal and drug treatments,laser treatment of periodontal disease has a significant effect,and the postoperative pain of the patient is mild,which can promote the improvement of periodontal probing depth and clinical attachment level of the patient.
