摘要
针对复杂装配模型干涉检查效率低的问题,设计了一种基于特征识别和多进程并行的快速干涉检查方法。首先建立常用紧固件模型库,采用特征识别技术快速排除紧固件螺纹干涉。其次,在后台服务器建立多进程并行处理机制,将检查对象分组并分发到多个进程中同时进行干涉检查,显著提升了检查效率。最后,基于CREO开发了INTERF干涉检查工具,以3个大型装配模型为例进行了干涉检查对比测试,验证了方法的有效性。
For the inefficiency interference checking of complex assembly model,a fast interference checking method based on feature recognition and multi-process is proposed.At first,a common fastener model library is built and feature recognition technology is used in advance to eliminate the interference of fastener thread quickly.Then,a multi-process parallel processing mechanism is established in the background server,and all objects are grouped and distributed to multiple processes for interference checking at the same time,so that the checking efficiency is improved significantly.Finally,the INTERF interference checking tool is developed based on CREO,and three complex assembly models are used for comparison tests.The effectiveness of the method is verified.
