摘要 通过预埋缺陷于装配式结构中的叠合墙,对不同缺陷厚度进行超声波透射法检测,分析出时、频域,通过对波速进行数理分析,得出以下主要结论:(1)波速与混凝土强度呈现弱相关性;(2)波速与缺陷空隙厚度呈强相关性,其关系可以进行定量分析,缺陷空隙厚度越大,波速越小;(3)缺陷厚度与峰频率呈强相关性,但其关系只能作为一种定性分析,缺陷厚度越大,混凝土的峰频率幅值衰减得越大。 In this article,we pre-embedded the flaw inside the layered wall which is part of prefabricated structure,and used the ultrasonic transmission method to measure different flaw thicknesses and resulting in the time-frequency domain.Based on the analysis of the wave velocity from time domain,the main conclusions were obtained as follows:1.The wave velocity is weakly correlated with the concrete strength;2.There is a strong correlation between wave velocity and flaw thickness,which can be quantitatively analyzed.The larger the flaw thickness is,the smaller the wave velocity is;3.There is a strong correlation between flaw thickness and peak frequency,but the relationship can only be used as a qualitative analysis.The greater the flow thickness,the greater the attenuation of the peak frequency amplitude from concrete.
