摘要
基于某车型后排座椅过坎舒适性的市场口碑抱怨,文章引入V模式开发流程,通过Isight集成ADAMS/Car与MATLAB,对后排座椅过坎冲击的各悬架调试件影响占比进行灵敏度分析,明确后缓冲块对后排座椅过坎冲击影响占比较大。运用自主编写的缓冲块设计软件对后缓冲块力学特性进行优化设计与计算,并在悬架仿真与K&C试验中对缓冲块限位功能进行验证。通过虚拟调试及主观评价对比,优化后的后缓冲块可进一步提高后排座椅过坎舒适性,并最终运用于下一代车型。
Based on market reputation complaint about the comfort of the rear seat over the bump of a certain vehicle,the V-shape development process is introduced.ADAMS/Car and MATLAB are integrated through Isight,the sensitivity analysis is carried out on the influence proportion of each suspension debugging part of the rear seat s bump impact,which makes it clear that the impact of the rear bumper on the rear seat is relatively large.The mechanical characteristics of the rear jounce bumper are optimized and calculated by the self-developed jounce bumper design software,and the limit function of the jounce bumper is verified in the suspension simulation and K&C test.Through the comparison of virtual debugging and subjective evaluation,the optimized rear buffer block can further improve the comfort of rear seat over sill,and it can finally be applied to the next generation of the vehicle.
