摘要
研制了一套落锤式冲击动力实验教学装置,服务于本科教学实践和科创活动。介绍了该装置的设计思路、结构特征,并进行SCT试件动态断裂实验来验证该装置动力学测试可行性。发现该装置可捕捉实验过程的载荷曲线、试件裂纹的扩展路径和速度,从而准确服务于材料的动态力学实验研究。该装置的研制有助于学生充分理解结构动力响应、岩石混凝土灾变力学等方面的理论知识,并提高其实践创新能力与科研素养。
A set of drop hammer impact dynamic experiment teaching equipment was independently developed to serve undergraduate teaching practice and scientific innovation activities.The design ideas and structural characteristics of the equipment are introduced in detail.Based on the equipment,the dynamic fracture experiments of SCT specimens were carried out to verify the feasibility of the dynamic test.It is found that the equipment can capture the load curve,the specimens’crack propagation path and speed in the experimental process,so as to be accurately applied to the dynamic mechanical experimental research of materials.The development of the equipment will be helpful for students to fully understand the theoretical knowledge of structural dynamic response,rock and concrete catastrophic mechanics,and improve their practical innovation ability and scientific research literacy.
