高瓦斯低透气性单一厚煤层瓦斯治理技术研究 被引量:6

Research on Comprehensive Gas Control Technology for Single Thick Coal Seam with High Gas and Low Air Permeability

摘要 针对蒋家河煤矿高瓦斯低透气性单一厚煤层综放工作面瓦斯预抽难度大,综掘机截煤瓦斯涌出强度大,放顶煤落煤瓦斯涌出不均衡,上隅角瓦斯积聚严重的问题。通过分析煤层瓦斯涌出特点,针对各瓦斯来源,采取采前半扇形钻孔预抽本煤层瓦斯、回采时顺层平孔抽采卸压区内瓦斯、大断面低位煤层"类钻孔"抽采顶煤及采空区瓦斯以及上隅角骨架风筒辅助抽采采空区瓦斯。这4种抽采方法在时间及空间上对ZF202工作面进行立体交叉抽采,初步形成针对高瓦斯低透气性单一厚煤层在综放开采工艺条件下的"四位一体"瓦斯治理技术,取得了很好的瓦斯治理效果。 Aiming at the difficulty of gas pre-drainage in a single thick coal seam with high gas and low permeability in Jiangjiahe coal mine, fully mechanized caving face, the coal-cutting machine has a strong gas emission intensity, unbalanced gas gushing out of the top coal falling coal, a serious problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner. Analyzes the characteristics of coal seam gas emission, for each gassource, pre-drain the coal seam gas by adopting half-fan-shaped boreholes before mining,during the recovery, the gas and gas in the pressure relief zone are drawn along the bedding and flat holes, large-section low-level coal seams "like boreholes" are used to extract the top coal and goaf gas,and the upper corner skeleton air duct assists in the extraction of goaf gas. These four drainage methods perform three-dimensional cross drainage on the ZF202 working face in time and space, a “four-inone” gas treatment technology for a single thick coal seam with high gas and low permeability under the conditions of fully mechanized caving mining technology has been initially formed, a good effect of gas governance has been achieved.
