摘要
永磁电滚筒是煤矿直驱带式输送机的关键部件,发生失磁故障时,影响着整个输送机安全、可靠的运行。以某矿用200 kW电滚筒为研究对象,基于Maxwell建立了失磁故障有限元二维仿真模型,通过模型分析了健康状态、失磁35%和失磁70%下的永磁电滚筒的特性,验证了不同程度均匀失磁故障对永磁电滚筒的失磁故障风险,为该矿用电滚筒电器保护设置提供数据参考。
Permanent magnet electric roller is a key component of coal mine direct drive belt conveyor.When a loss of magnetism occurs,it will affect the safe and reliable operation of the entire conveyor.Taking a 200 kW electric roller used in a mine as the research objective,and based on Maxwell,a two-dimensional finite element simulation model of the loss of magnetization fault is established,and the characteristics of the permanent magnet electric drum under the state of health,35%and 70%loss of magnetism are analyzed through the model.Verified the loss of magnetization failure risk of the permanent magnet electric drum due to the uniform loss of magnetization failure of different degrees,and provided a data reference for the electrical protection settings of the mining electric roller.
