摘要
为优化挤干辊用高强聚丙烯/超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维非织造基布的制备工艺及性能,以高强聚丙烯纤维、UHMWPE纤维为原料,选取纤维质量比、针刺密度及针刺深度为影响因素,设计三因素三水平正交试验,利用非织造技术制备了9种高强聚丙烯/UHMWPE纤维非织造基布样品。测试9种样品的单位面积质量、厚度、透气率、断裂强力、撕破强力、顶破强力、吸水倍率等参数,结果表明,优化后的工艺参数为:高强聚丙烯与UHMWPE纤维的质量比70/30、针刺密度800刺/cm^(2)、针刺深度8 mm。制备的产品各项性能基本达到最佳,符合挤干辊用非织造基布的基本要求。
In order to optimize the preparation process and properties of high-strength polypropylene/ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber nonwovens for extrusion roller, nine kinds of highstrength polypropylene/UHMWPE fiber nonwovens were prepared by using nonwovens technology with high-strength polypropylene and UHMWPE fiber as raw materials, fiber mass ratio, needling density and needling depth were selected as influencing factors. The mass per unit area, thickness, air permeability, tensile strength, tear strength, bursting strength and water absorption of nine samples were tested. The results show that the optimized process parameters are as follows: the mass ratio of high-strength polypropylene and UHMWPE fiber is 70/30, the needling density is 800 needling/cm2, and the needling depth is 8 mm.The properties of the product are basically the best, which meets the basic requirements of the nonwovens used for extrusion roller.
