摘要
探伤是保证铁路安全的重要手段,特别是高原高海拔地区,昼夜温差大,更容易发生由于钢轨内部伤损引起的断裂事故。双轨式钢轨探伤仪是一种新型高效的钢轨探伤设备并获得了广泛应用,但是在高原高海拔地区的应用研究却很缺乏。从机械、电子、探轮等方面研究高原高海拔地区的气候对双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪的影响并提出解决方案,设计了一款高原型双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪,其能够取代现有的手推式钢轨超声波探伤仪进行探伤作业,从而改变了高原高海拔地区的钢轨探伤作业模式。
Rail flaw detection is an important means to ensure railway safety,especially in Plateau and high altitude areas,the temperature difference between day and night is large,which is more likely to cause fracture accidents caused by internal rail flaws.Dual rail flaw detector is a new type of efficient rail flaw detection equipment and has been widely used,but there is a lack of application research in Plateau and high altitude areas.This paper studies the influence of the climate in the high cold and high altitude area on the dual rail ultrasonic flaw detector from the aspects of machinery,electronics and probe wheel,and puts forward the solution.A plateau dual rail ultrasonic flaw detector is designed,which can replace the existing manual rail ultrasonic flaw detector for flaw detection,and change the rail flaw detection operation mode in the high altitude area of the plateau.
