摘要
安徽是红色资源大省,而在安徽省最北部的淮北市,是一座因煤而建,因煤而兴,因煤而转型的资源性城市。在城市转型崛起的历史关键拐点上,淮北市历史文化资源的保护与开发显得尤为重要,特别是红色历史文化资源的保护与开发。淮北市红色历史文化资源丰富,需要理顺管理机制、加大资金投入、调动各方力量、打造红色品牌、加强基础设施建设等措施来保护与开发淮北市的红色历史文化资源。
Anhui is a big province of red resources,and Huaibei City,the northernmost part of Anhui Province,is a resource city built by coal,prospered by coal,and transformed by coal.At the key historical turning point of the rise of urban transformation,the protection and development of historical and cultural resources in Huaibei City appear to be particularly important,especially for the protection and development of red historical and cultural resources,because Huaibei city is rich in red historical and cultural resources.For protecting and developing red historical and cultural resources in Huaibei City,the following measures are suggested:straightening out the management mechanism,increasing capital investment,mobilizing all forces,building a red brand,and strengthening infrastructure construction,etc.
