某市859名临床医务人员对病案管理满意度的调查分析 被引量:2

Investigation and Analysis of 859 Clinical Medical Staff’s Satisfaction with Medical Record Management in A City

摘要 目的调查某市临床医务人员对病案管理工作的满意度,为改进病案管理工作提供依据。方法2020年7月1日-2020年8月31日以某地区二级及以上医疗机构859名临床医务人员作为调查对象,采用自行设计问卷调查其对病案管理工作的满意度,分析临床医务人员对病案管理工作满意度的影响因素。结果临床医务人员对病案管理工作满意度总体得分为3.95分;病案管理工作满意度得分从高到低依次为服务态度(4.09±0.72)分、查询借阅(4.09±0.66)分、病案归档(4.06±0.68)分、病案编码(4.03±0.74)分、数据提取(3.78±0.73)分、病案质控(3.70±0.76)分;三级医院的满意度低于二级医院,男性的满意度低于女性,41岁~50岁人员满意度最低;工龄20年以上满意度最低;医师的满意度低于护理人员;外科系统满意度整体低于内科系统。各组间满意度得分比较差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过提高病案管理人员专业性和基本素质,加强临床与病案管理人员的有效沟通,优化病案管理流程,不断提升临床医务人员对病案管理工作满意度,更好的满足现代医院病案管理需求。 Objective By investigating the degree of satisfaction of medical record management of clinical staff in a city,this paper provides the basis for improving the medical record work.Methods From July 1,2020 to August 31,2020,a total of 859 clinical staff from tertiary institutions were surveyed,self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the degree of satisfaction of medical record management.To analyze the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of clinical medical staff to medical record management.Results The satisfaction score of the bed medical staff to the medical record management was 3.95.From high to low,the scores of medical record satisfaction were service attitude(4.09±0.72),inquiry and borrowing(4.09±0.66),medical record filing(4.06±0.68),medical record code(4.03±0.74),data extraction(3.78±0.73),medical record quality control(3.70±0.76).The satisfaction of tertiary hospitals is lower than that of secondary hospitals,the satisfaction of men is lower than that of women,the satisfaction of people aged 41-50 is the lowest,the satisfaction of more than 20 years of service is the lowest,the satisfaction of doctors is lower than that of nurses,and the satisfaction of surgical system is lower than that of internal medicine as a whole.There were significant differences in satisfaction scores among different groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Through strengthening the professional quality of medical record personnel,improve service ability improving the importance of medical records,strengthening communication among medical staff and other measures.
