摘要 水下生产控制系统作为水下油气田生产监控的核心,不仅对水下生产动态进行实时监测和调整,而且会对水下异常、报警采取相应的控制措施,以保证水下油气田生产的安全性和可靠性。本文通过介绍水下生产控制系统的类型、组成及功能,并结合南海某深水气田回接至现役设施的工程实践,详细阐述了水下生产控制系统回接至现役设施的技术考虑以及回接后的联合调试方法,并提出了可以降低对现役设施影响的新思路。 Subsea production control system is the core component to control and monitor the production of subsea oil and gas.It can monitor and adjust the real-time status ff production parameter and take immediate actions if any subsea abnormal or alarms occur to ensure the safety and reliability ff the subsea production system.This paper is to introduce various types of subsea production control systems,and state their technical considerations and commissioning methods using the engineering practice of a tied back subsea production control system located in the South China Sea.It also rntroduced the technical consideration and the connection of the method,aiming to lower the effect on existing facilities when a new subsea production system s tied back.
