摘要
研究了一种垃圾渗滤液的全量处理工艺,采用"混凝—沉淀—厌氧—好氧—MBR—臭氧—活性炭"组合工艺,处理经长时间回灌的垃圾渗滤液。结果表明:"混凝"工艺,对垃圾渗滤液原液COD的去除率约为30%~53%;氨氮的去除率为20%~23%,约从2 000 mg/L下降至1 600 mg/L,随着氨氮的去除,总氮呈相应的下降趋势;"混凝"预处理并没有增加原液的电导率,甚至出现6%~16%的降低。对原液进行1∶2稀释后,"生化+臭氧活性炭"处理工艺,对污染物的去除可满足达标排放要求。
A full-volume treatment process for waste leachate was studied,using a combined process of "coagulationsedimentation-anaerobic-aerobic-MBR-ozone and activated carbon" to treat waste leachate after long time recharge.The results showed that: the removal rate of COD from waste leachate by "coagulation" process was about 30-53%;the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 20-23%,which decreased from 2000 mg/L to 1600 mg/L.With the removal of ammonia nitrogen,the total nitrogen showed a corresponding decreasing trend;the "coagulation" pretreatment did not increase the amount of waste leachate." pretreatment did not increase the conductivity of the stock solution,and even showed a decrease of 6-16%.After the 1:2 dilution of the raw liquid,the "biochemical + ozone activated carbon"treatment process can meet the requirements of the standard discharge for the removal of pollutants.
