摘要
目的:探讨推拿配合针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将80例周围性面瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组则在针刺治疗结束后进行推拿治疗,两组治疗均为1天一次,1个疗程6天,休息1天,共3个疗程。总疗程结束后观察两组的临床疗效及面神经改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率优于对照组(87.5%)(P<0.05);观察组症状体征积分、House-Brackmann分级、FDIS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果优于单纯采用针刺的疗法。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:80 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with massage after acupuncture.The two groups were treated once a day,with a course of 6 days and a rest of 1 day,a total of 3 courses.After the total course of treatment,the clinical efficacy and facial nerve improvement of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(87.5%)(P<0.05);the score of symptoms and signs,House-Brackmann grade and FDIS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:massage combined with acupuncture has better curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis.
