摘要
针对千米级水平绳索取心钻进工艺对桅杆式钻机动力头的要求,阐述了GXD-5S型千米级水平岩心钻机动力头的设计思路和设计方案,介绍了动力头变速、减速的传动结构;采用三维虚拟样机技术在Solidworks软件中对动力头进行快速设计建模,并在Simulation环境中对传动齿轮副、主轴、动力头箱体等关键零部件进行有限元分析,具有较高的设计效率和直观明了的分析校核结果,FEA分析结果与传统校核计算公式所得结论一致。
In view of the requirements of the power head for kilometer-level horizontal rope core drilling technology,the design ideas and design schemes of the power head of the GXD-5S type kilometer-level horizontal core drilling rig are described,and the transmission structure of the power head’s variable speed and deceleration is introduced.The 3D virtual prototyping technology is used to quickly design and model the power head.Perform finite element analysis on key components such as transmission gear pair,main shaft,power head box,etc.in the Simulation environment.With high design efficiency and intuitive analysis and check results.The FEA analysis results are consistent with the traditional calculation formula.
