摘要
随着铁路建设、改革、发展与国家政治、经济、民生、国防等各领域深度耦合,铁路突发事件应急管理的关联性、复杂性不断增强,采取信息化技术手段建立集约高效的铁路应急管理系统,实现铁路应急管理体系的数字化、网络化、智能化转型已成为提升铁路应急管理能力的必然选择。基于数据分析与现代应急管理理念的深度融合,采用数据分析、图像识别、传感器技术,以及互联网、人工智能等数字技术构建铁路应急管理系统,将为完善铁路应急管理体系、提升铁路应急管理能力提供更高效的解决方案。
Due to deepening interaction between railways(in terms of construction,reform and development)and other different fields,e.g.national politics,economy,people’s livelihood and defense,etc.,the correlation and complexity of railway emergency events management are continuously enhanced.In this background,the establishment of an intensive and efficient railway emergency management system based on information technology has become an inevitable choice to realize the transformation the system into a digital,networked and intelligent one.Based on deep integration of data analysis and modern emergency management concept,the railway emergency management system adopts data analysis,image recognition,sensor technology and digital technologies such as Internet and artificial intelligence,and will provide more efficient solution to railway emergency management in terms of system improvement and management capability.
