摘要
为了提高金属成形模具的加工质量,提出数控高速切削加工技术在金属成形模具中的应用研究,根据数控高速切削加工技术的特性,对金属材料加工工艺方案制定、定位、装夹方案选择以及刀具选择进行全面研究,并将其应用在大型铝合金壁板和滑轨肋零件的加工中,产出零件的合格率分别为98.46%和97.65%。
In order to improve the processing quality of metal injection mold,the application research of NC Highspeed Cutting Technology in metal injection mold is proposed.According to the characteristics of NC High-speed Cutting Technology,the formulation of metal material processing scheme,positioning,clamping scheme selection and tool selection are comprehensively studied,It is applied to the processing of large aluminum alloy wall panel and slide rail rib parts,and the qualified rates of the parts are 98.46%and 97.65%respectively.
