摘要
该系统利用组态王监控软件和西门子S7-200 SMART PLC硬件完成了主站与多个从站生产线故障报警监控系统设计,组态王软件完成多从站的组态监控界面的绘制,从站利用单独的PLC进行梯形图程序编写,通过局域以太网完成了主站对多个从站的控制,在保证整个局域网络下多个从站生产线的正常运行前提下,当某个从站生产线故障信号被触发,可以通过查看监控界面故障发生前后状态的改变和实际报警信号的实际动作,来判断具体故障发生的位置。根据故障报警的位置及时得知故障的发生并迅速到达故障发生现场,很大程度上节约了排故时间,有助于技术人员及时完成故障的维修和保养,大大提高了对生产线故障排查和检测的效率,减少了人员工作时间的浪费。
The Kingview monitoring software and Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC hardware were used to complete the design of fault alarm monitoring system for the production line of master station and multiple slave stations.Kingview software completed the drawing of configuration monitoring interface for multiple slave stations.The slave station used a separate PLC to program the ladder diagram.The master station controled multiple slave stations through local Ethernet,under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of multiple slave production lines in the whole LAN,when the fault signal of a slave production line was triggered,the position of the specific fault could be determined by viewing the change of the state before and after the fault of the monitoring interface and the actual action of the actual alarm signal.According to the location of the fault alarm,it can timely know the occurrence of the fault and quickly arrive at the scene of the fault,which greatly saves the troubleshooting time,helps the technicians to complete the repair and maintenance of the fault in time,greatly improves the efficiency of troubleshooting and detection of the production line,and reduces the waste of working time.
