摘要
叉车护顶架是保护操作者免受坠落物体伤害至关重要的安全措施之一,关系着操作者的生命安全。护顶架并不是所有叉车的标准配置。通过把属于场(厂)内专用机动车辆范围内的6种类型叉车(平衡重式叉车、前移式叉车、侧面式叉车、插腿式叉车、托盘堆垛车和三向堆垛式叉车)按照"控制方式(驾驶方式)"进行分门别类,依据GB/T 10827.1-2014中条款分别总结出"乘驾式叉车"和"步驾式叉车"安装护顶架的前置条件。因此,广大一线特种设备检验人员可以清楚地判断出所检叉车是否需要安装护顶架,做到心中有数,胸有成竹,为叉车的安全检验把好关,尽职尽责。
The forklift overhead guard is one of the most important safety measures to protect the operator from falling objects,and it is related to the life safety of the operator.Overhead guard is not a standard configuration for all forklifts.The six types of forklifts(counterbalanced forklift,reach forklift,sideforklift,insert leg forklift,pallet stacker,three-way stacking forklift)that belong to the field(factory)special motor vehicles were divided into categories according to"control mode(driving mode)",and the preconditions of installing the overhead guards for"ride-on forklifts"and"walking forklifts"were summarized according to GB/T 10827.1-2014.So the majority of first-line special equipment inspectors can clearly determine whether the forklifts inspected need to be installed with overhead guards,knowingly and confidently,to check the safety inspection of forklifts,and perform their duties.
