摘要
为了对1例皮肤病患犬进行诊断和有效治疗。结合患犬临床症状,采用寄生虫学、血液学和微生物学等方法进行诊断检查,并进行对因和对症治疗。结果显示,经皮肤刮片和皮肤细胞学镜检,观察到犬蠕形螨;血常规和生化指标检查显示白细胞数和中性粒细胞数显著升高、总蛋白含量升高,表明患犬有严重慢性感染和炎症;细菌分离培养获得1株呈金黄色菌落的革兰氏阳性菌和1株呈乳白色菌落的革兰氏阴性菌,利用VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌;药敏试验结果显示2种细菌均对丁胺卡那霉素敏感,而对其他8种药物存在耐药差异;经选用多拉菌素抗犬蠕形螨治疗、丁胺卡那霉素抗菌治疗,结合对症治疗和提高犬体免疫力等综合治疗方法,连续治疗4周后,患犬病症消失,生理生化指标恢复正常,治疗效果明显。本治疗方法可为犬蠕形螨混合细菌感染的诊治提供参考。
In order to diagnose and treat a case of dermatosis dog effectively,combined with clinical symptoms of the sick dog,parasitology,hematology and microbiology were used for diagnostic examination,then etiological and symptomatic treatments were practiced.The results showed that only Demodex canis was observed by skin scraping microscope and cytological examination.Blood routine and biochemical tests showed that there were significant increases in the number of white blood cells and neutrophils,as well as in the content of total protein,which indicated that there were severe chronic infection and inflammation in the sick dog.One gram-positive strain with golden bacterial colony and one gram-negative strain with milky white bacterial colony were isolated and cultured,which were identified as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli by VITEK 2 compact automatic microbial analyzer.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that both strains were sensitive to amikacin,while there were differences in drug resistance to other 8 drugs.After doramectin anti-Demodex canis treatment,amikacin anti-bacterial treatment,combined with symptomatic treatment and immune-enhancer,4 weeks later,the symptoms of the diseased dog was basically cured,its physiological and biochemical indexes returned to normal,and the therapeutic effect was obvious.These results can provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment of Demodex canis mixed bacterial infection.
