摘要
在现行的沥青路面施工技术规范中,未能对Superpave结构沥青混合料的技术指标与标准等提出明确要求,在公路工程沥青混凝土路面施工中,多采用密级配沥青混合料马歇尔指标与Superpave结构配合比设计指标进行质量控制。该文以双控对比法进行Superpave高性能沥青混合料质量控制为探讨主题,以混合料的沥青含量、矿料级配以及体积指标为基础,结合路用性能、马歇尔指标以及劈裂程度等力学指标,对比分析以往的项目检测数据,增强沥青混凝土质量控制实效性。
In the current technical specifications for asphalt pavement construction,there are no clear requirements for the technical indexes and standards of Superpave structure asphalt mixture.In the construction of highway asphalt concrete pavement,Marshall index of dense graded asphalt mixture and Superpave structure mix proportion design index are mostly used for quality control.In this paper,the quality control of Superpave high-performance asphalt mixture by double control comparison method is discussed.This paper discusses the quality control of Superpave high performance asphalt mixture by double control comparison method,based on the asphalt content,mineral aggregate gradation and volume index of the mixture,combined with the mechanical indexes such as road performance,Marshall index and splitting degree,the previous project test data are compared and analyzed to enhance the effectiveness of asphalt concrete quality control.
