摘要
目的探讨常规化疗联合安罗替尼治疗NSCLC的疗效及对患者MALAT1、VEGF及预后的影响。方法选取82例NSCLC患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的差异将其分为2组。研究组42例,采用常规化疗联合安罗替尼治疗;对照组40例,采用常规化疗药物治疗。比较2组临床疗效等差异。结果治疗后3个月,研究组的客观缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组肿瘤相关检验指标的表达水平均比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,研究组的生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安罗替尼联合常规化疗对非小细胞肺癌的疗效更为显著,同时还可有效改善患者肿瘤相关指标的表达水平,且不增加不良反应发生率,最终有利于预后,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of conventional chemotherapy combined with anlotinib in the treatment of NSCLC and the effect on MALAT1,VEGF and other indicators and prognosis of patients.Methods 82 patients with NSCLC were selected as study subjects and divided into 2 groups according to the difference in treatment modalities.In the study group,42 cases were treated with conventional chemotherapy combined with anlotinib;in the control group,40 cases were treated with conventional chemotherapy drugs.The clinical efficacy and other differences between the 2 groups were compared.Results At 3 months after treatment,the objective remission rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).All relevant test indexes improved significantly in the study group compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).At 1 year after treatment,the survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anrotinib combined with conventional chemotherapy has more significant efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer,and also can effectively reduce the expression level of tumor-related indexes in patients without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is ultimately beneficial to prognosis and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
