摘要
综述国内外牡丹次级代谢产物的研究进展,主要介绍牡丹各类次级代谢产物,包括单萜类、单萜糖苷类、多酚类及丹皮酚类,介绍了各类次级代谢产物的生物活性、保健功效及其开发利用现状,以期为牡丹的充分开发增加附加值。
This review summarized the research progress of secondary metabolites of tree peony at home and abroad,mainly introduced various secondary metabolites of tree peony,including monoterpenes,monoterpene glycosides,polyphenols and paeonols.Moreover,the bioactivity,healthcare effects and the current development and utilization of the secondary metabolites of tree peony were given a full account,which was expected to add value to the full development of tree peony.
