摘要
在当今信息化时代,网络远程培训因其便利性、灵活性、经济性、表现多元性和时空延展性,逐渐成为当今中小学教师继续教育的一种主要形式,在教师职业生涯成长过程中发挥重要作用。目前,湖南省农村中小学教师继续教育事业蓬勃发展,参与网络远程培训的教师人数逐渐增加,已经形成了一个高度市场化、模式化的教育体系。本研究基于终身教育理论、建构教育理论和信息化教育理论,通过调查湖南省农村中小学教师继续教育网络远程培训的现状,进而研究分析其中存在的典型问题,提出优化的对策建议,以期对我省农村中小学教师继续教育网络培训的发展提供理论性指导和实践性参考。
In today's information age,network distance training has gradually become a main form of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers because of its convenience,flexibility,economy,diversity of performance and space-time scalability,and plays an important role in the growth of teachers'career.At present,the continuing education of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Hunan Province is booming,and the number of teachers participating in network distance training is gradually increasing,which has formed a highly market-oriented and modular education system.Based on lifelong education theory,constructive education theory and information education theory,this study investigates the current situation of network distance training of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Hunan Province,then studies and analyzes the typical problems,and puts forward optimization countermeasures and suggestions,In order to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of continuing education network training for rural primary and secondary school teachers in our province.
