摘要
教育科研评价体系中存在的一系列的问题,既有整个科研体制的原因,也有评价体系自身的原因。教育法治视角下教育科研评价体系的构建,应秉承法治理念,以价值理性和工具理性的有机统一为理论基础;以法律规范、权力配置、评价内容、保障机制为主要支柱;按照法治建设要求,遵循科研发展规律,充分发挥导向作用,全面适应教育改革需求,不断推进教育科研的可持续发展。
A series of problems exist in the evaluation system of educational scientific research,which are caused by both the whole scientific research system and the evaluation system itself.The construction of educational scientific research evaluation system from the perspective of educational rule by law should adhere to the concept of rule by law,and take the organic unity of value rationality and instrumental rationality as the theoretical basis;take legal norms,power allocation,evaluation content and guarantee mechanism as the main pillars;in accordance with the requirements of the construction of the rule by law,follow the law of scientific research development,we should give full play to the guiding role,meet the needs of education reform fully,and promote the sustainable development of educational and scientific research constantly.
