摘要
目的探讨镇痛泵管理系统的设计及应用效果。方法以HIS和EMR系统为基础,根据镇痛泵管理要求,设计基于闭环管理的镇痛泵管理系统,观察其临床应用效果。结果应用镇痛泵管理系统后,镇痛泵使用记录完整率达到97.17%,高于管理系统应用前的86.07%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=31.433,p<0.001)。应用管理系统后,镇痛泵使用流程中各环节耗时较使用前缩短,差异有统计学意义(p<0.001)。护士对使用流程的满意度达标率从管理系统使用前的75.45%提升至95.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.699,p<0.001)。结论镇痛泵管理系统的应用完善了镇痛泵使用记录的内容,简化了操作步骤,缩短了记录时间,实现了使用流程的闭环管理,保障了镇痛泵的安全使用。
Objective To explore the design and application effect of management system for patient control analgesia(PCA)pump.Methods The closed-loop management system for PCA pump was developed based on HIS and EMR system according to the PCA management requirements,and its clinical application effect was observed.Results After using the PCA pump management system,the rate of complete use recording of PCA pump was 97.17%,which was significantly higher than the 86.07%before using(χ^(2)=31.433,p<0.001).After the use of the system,the time consumed in every steps of PCA pump use was shorter than before,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.001).The satisfaction rate of nurses with the use process increased from 75.45%to 95.45%after the system was used with statistical significance(χ^(2)=17.699,p<0.001).Conclusion The application of PCA pump management system of improves the use record,simplifies the steps,shortens the recording time,realizes the closed-loop management of use process,and ensures the safe use of PCA pump.
