摘要
骨科术后的下肢深静脉血栓危害着患者的生命,严重时会发生肺栓塞、脑出血等。近年来,中医特色疗法在防治骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓方面逐步展现出其独特的优势,更多的医生选择中西医结合的方法预防及治疗本病。作者从中、西对深静脉血栓的认识以及中西医结合防治骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床进展进行总结,认为中西医结合防治下肢深静脉血栓相比于单独使用西药治疗,在增强疗效的基础上还能够同时起到预防血栓形成及溶解微血栓、减少伤口渗血、改善术后贫血的作用,体现了中医药多靶向调节的特点。但目前在中西医结合防治DVT方向,没有统一的方案,缺少高质量的样本研究,难以提供高级询证医学证据。
Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities after orthopedic surgery endangers the life of patients,and in severe cases,pulmonary embolism and cerebral hemorrhage will occur.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) featured therapies have gradually exhibited their unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic surgery,and more physicians choose the method of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to prevent and treat this disease.This article will summarize the understanding of deep vein thrombosis from the middle and West,and the clinical progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic surgery.
