纬编罗纹织物形变对其热传递的影响

Influence of Rib Weft Knitted Fabrics Deformation on Its Thermal Transmission

摘要 为了研究纬编罗纹织物的横向形变对其热传递的影响,采用100%羊毛纱线编织5种结构的罗纹织物,测试不同形变量下罗纹织物的结构参数和性能指标,采用相关性分析方法对织物的形变量、性能参数与结构参数的相关性进行分析。结果表明:针织物的横向形变可以显著地改变织物的结构,进而显著影响其透气性;对于不同罗纹织物之间,织物厚度对织物热阻的影响呈正相关;对于同一罗纹织物,在形变量为0~40%时,1×1罗纹织物的热阻呈现先增长后下降的趋势,2×1、2×2、3×2、3×3罗纹织物的热阻总体上呈现上升的趋势。为针织服装结构的合体度设计及保暖性研究提供参考。 Five kinds of rib structures fabrics were knitted with 100%wool yarn,in order to study the influence of rib weft knitted fabric transverse deformation on its heat transfer.The structure parameters and performance index of the rib fabric under different deformation variables were tested,and the correlation of the structure variables and structure parameters were analyzed through correlation analysis method.The results show that the transverse deform-ation of the knitted fabric can significantly change the structure and further affect the air permeability of the fabric.For different rib fabrics,the effect of fabric thickness on fabric thermal resistance is positively correlated;for the same rib fabric,the thermal resistance of 1×1 rib fabric increases first and then decreases,and the thermal resist-ance of 2×1、2×2、3×2、3×3 rib fabric generally shows an upward trend,when the deformation variable is within 0~40%.This study provides reference for the fit design and thermal research of knitted garment structure.
