摘要
2019年5月,中共中央、国务院印发了《关于建立国土空间规划体系并监督实施的若干意见》,搭建了新时期国土空间规划体系的“四梁八柱”,明确了规划的顶层设计。国土空间规划是当前和今后一段时期开展国土开发保护和生态文明建设的重要指导思想和基础,需要做到系统谋划、统一规划、协同治理。下面,文章主要就新时期国土空间规划存在的问题与对策展开论述。
In May 2019,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued the“Opinions of on Establishing the System of Territorial and Spatial Planning and Supervising its Implementation”,which establishes the“Four Beams and Eight Pillars”of the territorial and spatial planning system in the new era,and clarifies the top-level design of the planning.Territorial and spatial planning is an important guiding ideology and foundation for the implementation of territorial development and protection and the construction of ecological civilization at present and for a period of time in the future.It requires systematic planning,unified planning,and coordinated governance.The following context mainly discusses the existing problems and countermeasures of territorial and spatial planning in the new era.
