固定式磁粉探伤机校准装置研制 被引量:2

摘要 固定式磁粉探伤机传统校准方法,受限于所使用钳形电流表和电流互感器参数,测量时会因电流较大导致测棒发热,存在安全隐患,而且目前国内市场上尚无成熟固定式磁粉探伤机校准设备。为此,研制一种基于罗氏线圈感应测量电流原理的固定式磁粉探伤机校准装置,并试验验证校准装置所测试固定式磁粉探伤机周向磁化电流。数据分析表明,采用该装置得到周向磁化电流测量数据误差和标准偏差优于传统校准方法,不确定度小于磁粉探伤机最大允许误差的1/3,符合量值传递原则,校准装置满足校准测量要求。 The traditional calibration method of fixed magnetic particle flaw detector is restricted with in the parameters of clamp ammeter and current transformer.The measuring stick is heated due to large current during measurement,which may have potential safety hazards.There is no stable calibration equipment for fixed magnetic particle flaw detector in the domestic market in the mean time.Therefore,a calibration device based on the induction current measurement principle of Rogowski coil is proposed,and the circumferential magnetization current of fixed magnetic particle flaw detector tested by the device is verified.The data analysis shows that the error and standard deviation of the circumferential magnetization current measurement data obtained by the device are better than the traditional calibration method,the uncertainty is less than 1/3 of the maximum allowable error of the magnetic particle flaw detector,which conforms to the principle of quantity value transmission,and the calibration device meets the calibration measurement requirements.
