摘要 东升和府10号楼住宅项目采用部分包覆钢-混凝土组合框架-支撑结构的装配式成套技术体系,因《部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构技术规程》于2021年1月1日实施,相关设计软件并未开发对应模块,故通过构件建模、选择计算软件及分析方法进行计算模型假定,比较两款计算软件的周期和阵型后,进行质量分析,并对比位移比、层间位移比、层间位移角,分析楼层侧向刚度比及剪重比,评价整体指标计算结果。再对PEC梁、PEC柱、钢支撑进行验算。结合我国建筑工业化的发展趋势,阐明构件工厂全预制化生产过程、现场全装配化施工流程,介绍装配式部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构体系的设计方法及关键技术。 Dongsheng Hefu’s Building No. 10 is a prefabricated structure. It uses steel-concrete composite frame-supporting structures that are partially clad, as part of a complete prefabricated design and construction system. The modules in the necessary design software have not yet been developed because the “Technical Specification for Partially Cladding Steel-Concrete Composite Structures” was implemented on January 1, 2021. Through component modeling, software selection, and analytic approaches, we established the calculation model assumptions. Then, we evaluated the overall index calculation results by comparing the results obtained by the two software, which included the period, the formation, the displacement ratio, interstory displacement ratio, and interstory displacement angle. The floor lateral stiffness ratio, and shear weight ratio were also analyzed. Then, the calculation results of PEC beams, PEC columns, and steel support were checked. In line with the construction industrialization trend in our nation, this study defined the component factory’s fully prefabricated production process as well as the on-site fully assembled building process. We also discussed the prefabricated partially-clad steel-concrete composite structure system’s design technique and important technologies.
