摘要
中铁青岛世界博览城展廊平面呈十字形布置,东西向长507m,南北向长287m,最高点标高为35m。主次方向展廊屋盖矢跨比均为1∶1.6,属高矢跨比拱形。对此屋盖结构进行了方案比选,主要对比了纯拱结构、拱桁架和索拱结构体系。综合考虑建造成本和建筑效果等多种因素后,本工程屋盖方案最终采用索拱结构体系。区别于传统采用三角形刚性撑杆的索拱结构,本项目创新性地提出了柔性撑杆的弦撑式索拱结构。分析了结构的静力性能和稳定性,得到了结构在设计荷载组合下的应力和位移。分析结果表明,构件承载力满足规范要求,且钢索索力在风荷载工况下未松弛;在考虑几何非线性情况下,结构的整体稳定性可满足规范要求。
The exhibition gallery of China Railway Qingdao World Expo City is arranged in a cross shape, with a length of 507 m in the east-west direction, 287 m in the north-south direction, and the highest elevation of 35 m. The rise-span ratio of the main and secondary roof both are 1∶1.6, which belongs to arch shape with high rise-span ratio. The scheme comparison of the roof structure was carried out, mainly comparing the pure arch structure, arch truss and cable arch structural system. After considering the construction cost, construction effect and other factors, the cable arch structure system was finally adopted as roof scheme in this project. Different from the traditional cable arch structure with triangle rigid strut, this project innovatively proposed the stringed cable arch structure with flexible strut. The static performance and stability of the structure were analyzed, and the stress and displacement under the design load combinations were obtained. The analysis results show that the bearing capacity of the component meets the requirements of the code, and the steel cable force is not relaxed under wind condition;the overall stability of the structure can meet the requirements of the code when considering the geometric nonlinearity.
