湘江流域洪水资源可利用量与水库调蓄方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 鉴于洪水资源化是目前解决水资源供需矛盾的重要方式,通过综合估算方法量化湘江流域洪水资源,由此探讨涔天河水库汛限水位动态调蓄方案,以实现不同情景下的洪水资源化。结果表明,湘江流域洪水资源可利用量为278.93×10^(8)m^(3),可利用潜力为12.69×10^(8)m^(3);涔天河水库汛限水位最佳调蓄方案为在丰水年库水位311.18 m增蓄水量0.2454×10^(8)m^(3),平水年库水位311.44 m增蓄水量0.3398×10^(8)m^(3),枯水年库水位311.56 m增蓄水量0.3842×10^(8)m^(3);同时还为流域环境带来不可估量的生态效益。 Flood resource utilization was an important way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.In this paper,flood resources were quantified by the comprehensive estimation method in the Xiangjiang River Basin,and the dynamic regulation of flood restrict water level in Lingtianhe Reservoir was discussed to realize the flood resource utilization under different scenarios.The results show that the available amount of flood resources in Xiangjiang River Basin was 278.93×10^(8)m^(3),and the available potential was 12.69×10^(8)m^(3);Under different scenarios,the flood restrict water level of Lingtianhe Reservoir were as follows:in wet year is 311.18 m,and the water storage increase is 0.2454×10^(8)m^(3),and in normal water year is 311.44 m,with an increase of 0.3398×10^(8)m^(3),in dry year is 311.56 m,and the storage increase is 0.3842×10^(8)m^(3).In addition,it can bring inestimable ecological benefits to the basin.
