摘要
为探究梅花鹿源肺炎克雷伯氏菌有效的防控和治疗方法,分别采集动物园内呼吸困难的梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)的咽拭子,以及死亡梅花鹿的肺脏、心血、肝脏等病料组织76份,采用细菌分离鉴定和PCR方法进行肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)分离鉴定,采用人工感染动物性试验、K-B药敏纸片法分别检测其致病性和耐药性。结果显示:从采集的76份病料组织样品分离得到52株肺炎克雷伯菌,其中40株对小白鼠具有致病性。分离的40株致病性肺炎克雷伯菌对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、庆大霉素等9种药物耐药率在70.0%以上,对其他药物的耐药率为7.5%~27.5%。
In order to explore the effective prevention,control and treatment of Klebsiella pneumoniae from sika deer(Cervus nippon),76 samples were collected,including throat swabs of alive sika deer C.nippon with dyspnea in the zoo,as well as lung,heart blood and liver tissues from dead sika deer.Klebsiella pneumoniae was isolated and identified by bacterial isolation and PCR.The pathogenicity and drug resistance were detected by artificial infection animal test and K-B drug sensitivity paper method.The results showed that 52 strains of K.pneumoniae were isolated from the 76 tissue samples,of which 40 strains were pathogenic to mice.The resistance rate of 40 strains of pathogenic Klebsiella pneumoniae to amoxicillin,ampicillin and gentamicin was more than 70.0%,and the resistance rate to other drugs was 7.5%-27.5%.
