摘要
食品接触材料的安全问题对食品安全至关重要。欧盟、美国、日本和中国在食品接触材料领域制定了相应的检测标准体系与安全评价方法,美国和欧盟在食品接触材料领域的认证技术比较成熟。本文梳理和分析了国内外食品接触材料领域的检测标准和认证制度现状,为国内食品接触材料行业高质量发展提供依据与支撑。
The safety of food contact materials is very important to food safety.The European Union,the United States,Japan and China have established corresponding detection standards systems and developed safety evaluation methods in the field of food contact materials.Foreign certification technology of food contact materials is relatively mature in the European Union and the United States.This paper analyzes the testing standards and certification in the field of food contact materials at home and abroad,and provides basis and support for the high-quality development of domestic food contact materials industry.
