摘要
基于综合性国家科学中心建设视角,利用层次分析法,对我国沿海城市海洋科学研究支撑能力进行评价,并利用SPSS24.0软件进行聚类分析。研究结果表明,沿海城市的海洋科学支撑能力差异明显,青岛、上海、广州三个城市得分明显高于其他城市,成为北部、东部、南部三大海洋经济圈的海洋科研中心城市,且周边分布若干海洋科研实力较强城市。基于发展现状,建议在青岛新建海洋特色综合性国家科学中心,并将海洋科学纳入上海、大湾区两个综合性国家科学中心建设的总体考量,加快推进海洋领域重大科技基础设施和国家级战略科研平台建设,进一步带动和促进海洋科研要素积聚,为加快建设海洋强国提供坚实科技支撑。
Based on the perspective of comprehensive national science center construction,this paper evaluates the marine science research support capacity of coastal cities in China by using analytic hierarchy process,and uses spss24.0 software for cluster analysis.The results show that the marine science support ability of coastal cities is different obviously,and Qingdao,Shanghai and Guangzhou have higher scores than other cities,and become the central city of marine scientific research in the three major marine economic circles in the north,East and south,and some cities with strong marine scientific research strength are distributed around.Based on the current development situation,we propose to build a comprehensive national science center with marine characteristics in Qingdao,incorporate marine science into the overall consideration of the construction of two comprehensive national science centers in Shanghai and the Greater Bay Area,and accelerate the promotion of major scientific and technological infrastructure in the marine field and national level Strategic scientific research platform construction,Further promote the accumulation of marine scientific research elements,and provide solid scientific and technological support for building a maritime power.
