摘要
目的通过开放视光教学实验室进行眼视光实践技能评价与反馈,探索构建具有视光特色的开放性实验教学体系。方法采用前瞻性研究,选择眼视光学专业本科生48人,按照入学年份分为两组,其中实验组23人,2018级学生,使用开放视光教学实验室;对照组25人,2017级学生,未使用开放视光教学实验室。比较两组学生阶段性实践技能考核结果,并向实验组学生进行满意度调查,评估构建开放性视光教学体系的效果。结果(1)实践技能考核评价情况,两组验光学实践操作成绩分别为实验组(82.6±5.3)分、对照组(78.9±3.6)分;两组眼镜学成绩分别为实验组(85.7±6.6)分、对照组(75.6±5.6)分;两组接触镜学成绩分别为实验组(94.7±3.8)分、对照组(89.9±4.9)分,两组间实践技能考核比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)实验组满意度评价,学生对眼镜学、验光学、接触镜学开放实验教学的满意度依次递减,满意度得分依次为(4.17±0.5)分、(3.91±0.6)分、(3.65±0.7)分,87.0%的学生愿意继续参与开放性实验教学。结论实验室开放方案可显著提升学生实践技能水平,为进一步完善开放性实践教学体系提供重要依据。
Objective To explore the construction of an open experimental teaching system with optical characteristics through the evaluation and feedback of optometry practical skills in the open experimental teaching laboratory.Methods A prospective research was made.A total of 482017-2018’s undergraduate students of Nanjing Medical University majoring in optometry were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group before they entered the second semester of their third year’s college education.The experimental group included 23 people authorized to enter the open teaching laboratory.The control group included 25 people who were not allowed to enter the open teaching laboratory.The effect to construct an open teaching system was evaluated through the practical skill assessment and satisfaction survey of the open laboratory.Results(1)There was significant difference in optometry results between the experimental group(82.6±5.3)and control group(78.9±3.6).The difference between the spectacle results(85.7±6.6)of the experimental group and that(75.6±6.6)of the control group was significant(P<0.05).The difference between the contact lens results(94.7±3.8)of the experimental group and that(89.9±4.9)of the control group was also significant(P<0.05).(2)The results of the open laboratory evaluation questionnaire showed that the students’satisfaction with open teaching laboratory of optometry,spectacle and contact lens decreased in turn,and the satisfaction points were(4.17±0.5),(3.91±0.6)and(3.65±0.7)respectively.87.0%of the students were willing to continue participating in the open laboratory teaching.Conclusions The opening of teaching laboratory will significantly improve students’practical skills and provide an important basis for further improving practical teaching system of optometry.
