摘要
以牵引电机圆柱滚子轴承N U214为例,用A n s y sL S-DY NA建立了圆柱滚子轴承的有限元模型,并在电机额定工况下对圆柱滚子轴承进行动力学仿真分析,得到了圆柱滚子轴承的动态响应特性。仿真分析结果和实际运动情况相吻合,为研究牵引电机圆柱滚子轴承的动力学特性提供了一定参考。
Taking the NU214 cylindrical roller bearing of the traction motor as an example, the finite element model of cylindrical roller bearing is established based on Ansys LS-DYNA, explicit dynamic simulation analysis of the cylindrical roller bearing under rated condition of the motor is done, to obtain the dynamic response of the cylindrical roller bearing. The simulation results are consistent with the actual motion to provide the reference for the study on the dynamic characteristics of cylindrical roller bearing of the traction motor.
