摘要
郑万高速铁路跨郑西高速铁路桥梁为主跨138m预应力混凝土独塔斜拉桥,主梁采用满堂支架现浇,斜拉索张拉完毕后平转至设计位置,施工控制难度大。针对其特点,提出了转体斜拉桥施工全过程控制方法;研究了转体系统抗倾覆安全措施;称重试验控制横、纵桥向偏心在较小范围;基于主梁满堂支架体系转换安全性要求,优化确定了斜拉索合理张拉控制工序;研发了转体实时监测技术及平台,实现了对转体全过程关键参数的智能化监控。
The bridge of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High Speed Railway across Zhengzhou-Xi’an High Speed Railway is a prestressed concrete single tower cable-stayed bridge with main span of 138m.The main girder is cast-in-situ with full scaffold.After the cable is tensioned,it is leveled to the design target position.The construction control of the bridge is difficult.According to its characteristics,this paper puts forward the control method of the whole construction process of the rotational cable-stayed bridge.The anti overturning safety measures of rotational system are formulated.The transverse and longitudinal eccentricity of the bridge is controlled in a small range by weighing test.Based on the safety requirements of girder full scaffold system transformation,the reasonable tension control procedure of stay cable is optimized.Through the theoretical analysis and monitoring of the rotation speed,the structure is safe and stable in the whole rotation process.The real-time monitoring technology and platform of the rotation are developed,and the intelligent monitoring of key parameters in the whole process of the rotation is realized.
